ProGrade™

Eriez offer a standard range of high quality ProGrade™ Rare Earth Magnets at exceptionally low prices. ProGrade Hand Held Metal Detectors and Pneumatic Vibrators are also available.

Magnetic Separators

Magnetic Separators are used for removing tramp iron and fine iron from materials.

Industrial Metal Detectors

Metal Detection and Electronic Metal Separation equipment is used for protecting valuable equipment and improving quality control, by detecting the presence of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in conveyed material or products in free-fall or pipelines and; in the case of metal separators, pneumatically ejecting the metal contaminant with minimum loss of good material.

Sampling Systems

Vibration

Vibratory equipment is used for controlled feeding of dry bulk materials, screening dry and wet products, separating solids from liquids, conveying large tonnages of bulk materials, and for vibrating bins and hoppers.

Magnamation

Eriez' Magnamation equipment is used for conveying ferrous parts, controlling and feeding steel sheet and pipe, cleaning machine tool coolant, lifting and positioning steel plates and sheets, and moving ferrous chips and stampings from beneath machine tools.

Flotation

Eriez' line of wet concentrators offer unique systems for the concentration or classification of coal, iron ore and industrial minerals using a modified hindered-bed approach. The hindered-bed concentration method used in the Crossflow or Hydrofloat Separator provides an economical and efficient means of sizing material such as sand and phosphate.
