Eriez Cartridge Magnet offers an efficient method of recovering metal contamination when conveying dry, free-flowing materials in vertical pipelines.
The product is distributed evenly over the magnetic poles by a solid steel cone. Any iron contamination is attracted to and held by the cartridge until it is removed from the flow by opening the door and cleaned.
Eriez Cartridge Magnets are of stainless steel construction and are available with Ferrite or Rare Earth magnetic elements. There are designs for pressures up to 1.7 Bar / 25 psi.
